ExecuJet Middle East is currently seeking a CAMO Technical Records Controller to fill a  vacancy within our CAMO Department and will be responsible for Supporting CAM on a daily basis maintaining and managing all aircraft maintenance records within CAMO.This role ensures that aircraft documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with aviation authority regulations (such as EASA, GCAA, etc.)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • To provide Support in the CAM in daily duties
  • Technical log review
  • Work Pack Review
  • Updating of aircraft records/logbooks
  • CAMP/CMP updates
  • Assist with forecasting and planning
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports as required
  • AMP/MEL Source Document Review
  • Maintenance of OEM Publications Subscriptions
  • Technical Library Revision Updates
  • Aircraft Library Revision Updates

REQUIRMENTS



Education, Experience, Knowledge Skills and Abilities


  • Diploma or degree in Aviation Maintenance, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a technical records, aircraft maintenance planning, or CAMO environment.
  • Hands-on experience with aircraft maintenance records, logbooks, task cards, and component tracking.
  • Familiarity with aviation maintenance software
  • Knowledge of airworthiness regulations (e.g., EASA Part-M/Part-CAMO, GCAA CAR M, FAA Part 43/91) is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with airlines or MROs,
  • Basic knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Courses or certifications desirable in:
    • CAMO/Part-M/Part-CAMO regulations
    • Technical records management
    • Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
