Position Title: Chief Accountant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading real estate development company for residential and commercial properties across UAE.
Job Description:
-Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivables.
-Oversee team processing client invoicing, receipts and receivables and prepare payment cheques, bank transfers etc. as required.
-Prepare and maintain periodic reconciliations of vendors and suppliers, management reports/MIS, VAT reports and submit the returns.
-Review the accounts of customers and vendors and ensure Receivable and payables are updated.
Qualifications:
-30 years old and below.
-Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
-Must have at least 4 to 5 years as Chief Accountant in UAE with Real Estate Experience in Dubai.
-Must hold Chartered Accountant certification or equivalent.
-Knowledge of real estate accounting principles and RERA, DLD procedure knowledge are an advantage.
-Should have a good knowledge of Accounting Standards and UAE practices.
-Experience in month end / annual closing books.
-Must possess a strong knowledge Cloud ERP, Netsuite, Sap etc.
