Job Description
Administer and oversee the Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp environment.
Perform regular system maintenance, including patching and version upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex VDI issues escalated from L1 support.
Ensure the stability and scalability of VDI deployments.
Assist in the planning and execution of VDI projects, including capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies.
Monitor system performance, generate reports, and take corrective action as needed.
Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure a secure VDI infrastructure.
Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and best practices
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 5+ years of experience in administering Citrix VDI environments.
Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization (CCA-V) or higher certification preferred.
Proficient in Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, and supporting technologies
