Reporting to the Deputy Boutique Manager, you will contribute to the success of MOE Boutique by constantly initiating and driving projects in order to enhance our Client Experience. You will support and organize daily the Fashion Advisors team and ensure CHANEL remains the ultimate reference in luxury.
Your main responsibilities are:
Managing a welcoming team of Grooming Assistants and Hosts/Hostesses
Coordinating the boutique floor operations
Welcoming and client experience excellency
Driving the business and continuity in the management of sales teams
Your profile :
You are passionate about client service and you have 5+ years of managerial experience in luxury Hospitality or Retail. You have excellent communication skills in English with natural leadership. Genuinely welcoming, you have an eye for details and a good memory. Your solution-oriented mindset and your ability to adapt in an ever changing environment will be key assets to succeed in this position.
Arabic, Russian or French language would be an advantage.
