Job Description
  • Ensure that you fully understand the business strategy and positioning of two properties, and that you can effectively articulate this positioning in the marketplace. This is a responsibility of all marketing professionals, regardless of their responsibility level
  • Working closely with operational head of departments, briefing and advising them with regards to design style, format, print production and timescales
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
  • Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
  • Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
  • Liaising with Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive and Purchasing on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
  • Build company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
  • Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains hotel’s audience and supports marketing goals
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from hotel’s social network presence
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social platforms to reach our target buyers

Take responsibility for your own professional development including strong financial literacy and negotiation skills, brand development, marketing skills needed to become a future Marketing Leader



Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related filed.
• At least 2 years experience in graphic design.
• Strong creative skills and proven track record producing advertisements, corporate image and promotional materials.
• Ability to manage projects within time and budget schedules.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D
• Able to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy, capability in MAC is preferable.
