Job Description

  • Monitoring and controlling the progress of construction activities will be a crucial part of your role, addressing any issues that may arise to maintain project efficiency.
  • As the main point of contact, you will keep clients, senior management, and relevant stakeholders updated on project status, budgetary fluctuations, and any required modifications.
  • Partner closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop meticulous project plans and schedules, appropriately delegating tasks and responsibilities to the respective team members.
  • Be the key point of contact, ensuring regular updates are provided to clients, senior management, and relevant stakeholders on project status, budget changes, and essential modifications.
  • Engage in close collaboration with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to craft detailed project plans and schedules, effectively assigning tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate team members.
  • As an expert in quality control, you will ensure that all construction activities strictly comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities are a must, enabling the candidate to manage and collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders from start to finish.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a must, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in managing construction projects.
  • Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools for scheduling, cost estimation, and resource allocation, along with the ability to analyze and interpret project data, is crucial for this role.
  • The chosen candidate will have a track record of meeting project deadlines, managing costs effectively, and ensuring top-notch quality and safety in the execution of large construction projects.
  • Successful candidates must demonstrate a profound understanding of construction processes, codes, regulations, and industry best practices to uphold compliance with local and national standards.
