We are seeking a talented Digital Forensics Consultant to focus on our Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) business. The ideal candidate will support customers throughout the implementation phase for TRINEXIA's suite of digital forensics tools, providing configuration assistance, user training, and ongoing support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



Providing demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation and sales support services for the sales team and existing clients. Creating BOQ for the required solution. Represent the company at various trade shows, events, and demonstrations. Proactively manage accounts continually, ensuring customer satisfaction, tracking key deliverables, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Contribute to technical discussions and solutions internally to support product management, development, and marketing, providing technical insight and customer feedback. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and become a subject matter expert on various DFIR products. Conducting research into the newer solutions in the industry Working with a sales team to determine solutions to customers challenges and supporting the sales team to present proposals to clients. Architect solutions and respond to proposals for enterprise customers, meeting basic requirements and identifying & proposing transformation solutions. Manage Proof of Concept engagements, providing knowledge transfer and support for customers while demonstrating solution options and benefits related to their needs. Own and positively develop relationships with key technical decision-makers and influencers within target customers. Provide direction and guidance to customers during implementation as the main point of contact. Execute onsite and remote implementation and training with new and existing customers.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/CAPABILITIES



Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity, analyzing digital evidence and investigating computer security incidents. Experience in a customer-facing role, comfortable presenting to small to medium audiences on technical and business-related topics. Expert knowledge of DFIR tools such as:
+ Computer & Mac: Exterro, AccessData, FTK, Encase, Magnet Forensics, etc.
+ Mobile: Cellebrite, MSAB, Oxygen, Paraben, etc.
+ Threat hunting tools: Commercial and open source.
+ Forensic Hardware: Workstations, Servers, Storage (including GPUs).
+ Advanced Hardware Forensic: JTAG & Chip-Off, HDD Repair, and Data Recovery.
+ Familiarity with network tools: Wireshark, tcpdump, libpcap.
Market awareness with the ability to recognize nuances and trends in the market. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic considered a plus. Willingness to travel regularly within the region as needed to support client engagements.
