Consultant in Identity and Access Management (IAM)Job Overview:Join an innovative team committed to excellence in helping our clients navigate the complexities of Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role is central to enhancing our Cyber offerings, focusing on the design, implementation, and management of cutting-edge IAM solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping IAM vision, strategy, roadmap, and governance, ensuring secure and efficient access management across various technological landscapes.Key Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management. Proficiency in IAM solutions including, but not limited to, SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, and ForgeRock. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, SC-300, CAMS) preferred. Proven track record in leading IAM, CIAM, and PAM program implementations. Demonstrated experience in integration with various platforms using APIs, connectors, and identity federation protocols. Strong foundation in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models, vendor evaluation, and IAM architecture.Skills: Leadership in the execution of IAM projects from conception through to completion. Hands-on experience with IGA solutions and PAM platforms. Capability to work independently, driving various initiatives with precision and accountability. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Effective collaboration across global teams and with senior stakeholders.Responsibilities: Implement, integrate, and maintain IAM/CIAM/PAM solutions. Lead major IAM programs, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines. Offer post-implementation support, including periodic off-hours assistance. Evaluate and integrate IAM security solutions enterprise-wide. Drive IAM framework development, including the creation of comprehensive documentation and guidelines. Lead in the design of IAM processes, governance models, and operating standards.
