Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project leaders should have a technical background as well as be skilled in business management, budgeting and analysis. Must have solid background in continuous improvement methodologies and practice – monitoring and improving organizational processes to ensure maximum efficiency. Excellent research and analysis skills to ensure that workflows are mapped and to remove waste and low-value activities – recommending best practice solutions. Guided by formal kaizen methodologies, incumbent must take the lead in implementing changes, acting as a leader and mentor throughout different areas of the organization.

• Setting boundaries of the project with the help of the project sponsor
• Implement the structure of the project management (especially the decision-making body – ie Steering Committee)
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Implementing ambitious improvement projects using methods such as Lean Sigma
• Supervise projects led by Green Belts (or BB if MBB) and develop their skills
• Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Drive KPIs and continuous improvement across all department of the company.
• Responsible for deployment, implementation and adherence to the One Safran development management system.
• Responsible to manage the company projects and define budget, drive the investment.
• Responsible to implement standard particularly in production lines.
• Assists the MD for the company Road Map and to prepare the budget on line with production forecast.
• Train and coach the employee for Lean and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of management system, processes and organizations
• Project management and risk management
• Firm understanding of process improvement techniques and experience with implementation
• Knowledge of the leverages of change in complex organizations
• Knowledge of the basics in terms of budgeting and performance management
• Lean Sigma tools and methods
• Knowledge of various industry
