Coordinate operational costs, oversee contracts in commercial and procurement, contribute to cost-effective planning processes, and assist with business planning to support organizational growth. Coordinate in monitoring and optimizing operational expenses, collecting data analysis, budget management, and supporting cost-effective decision-making.
• Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
• Participate in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and plans.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
• Support the procurement team in managing contracts and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international logistics standards.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics and KPIs.
• Assist in the resolution of logistics-related issues and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize logistics processes.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on logistics procedures and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics systems and processes.
Contact with external parties including consultants, third party service providers, and government agencies as required
Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CLTD) is preferred.
