About the job Customer Service / Admin
As the Customer Service and Admin Officer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating efficient airfreight operations. Your responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, you'll provide administrative support, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance overall customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness in the airfreight department
Customer Service
- Formulate customer delay letter in case of delays.
- Control and record charter flights and Cargo Block Space Agreements
- Follow up with all stations for missing and damage cargo. from DWC
- Import shipment status communications with customers.
- Handle all customer service inquires to final resolution.
Admin
- Trade license renewal
- Establishment card
- Car Parking Renewal/ Parking Access System Update
- New Employee/ Renewal Visa, Employee Termination
- Monthly Salary Payroll Report
- DAFZA Letters (Salary/MOL/ Immigration Letters/DAFZA Documents Stamping)
- Maintenance Request
- Annual Renewal of DCAA Permit
- Dubai Airport Gate Pass Issuance/Renewal
- Company Health Insurance
- QB Admin + petty cash expenses monthly update
- Office Supplies (Pantry/ Stationary/ First Aid Kit)
- Coffee and water machine supplies/ Maintenance
- Cleaner (Pest Control/Carpet Washing)
- Printers (Maintenance / cartridges/ paper purchase)
- Reimbursement of expenses end of every month
- Attendance/ Leave/ Sick Leave follow ups
- Incoming phone calls
- Customer gifts and giveaways arrangements
- Salik top up for SG FZCO
- Monthly Payment/Call Forwarding/ Wi-Fi/Documents update/ Contract renewal via portal (payment should be done for both B2B portal every beginning of the month)
- Travel and Hotel Bookings as required
- Maintain Company Contracts files
Qualifications and Education:
University graduate
Experience:
- At least 2-4 years in similar role within the freight/logistics/aircargo industry.
- Knowledge of cargo processes
Training:
- Competence in MS Office Excel, Word, Power point, etc.
- Knowledge of Cargospot preferred or other cargo management systems
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Awareness of Cargo sales processes and product distribution.
- Understanding of the cargo product and market practices.
- Prior experience of cargo reservations.
