    Job Description

    A rapidly expanding shipping and logistics firm is seeking to a Customer Service Executive with proven operations knowledge. Key responsibilities for the role include-Handle all air and sea freight inquiries from customers.-Obtain rates from agents and compile quotes for customers.-Handing over to operations to execute shipments etc.-Contacting potential customer and fix meetings for the Business Development team. This will mean keeping good relations with airlines and shipping lines.

    Skills

    To be considered for this role, it is essential that you are a graduate with at least four years of solid experience in Logistics.
