Become a part of our international Customer Solutions - deugro visiotrack team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Customer Solutions Analyst.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Initiate and coordinate the implementation of clients for designated regions
Mediate between all deugro departments required to engage for a successful client onboarding
Support and guide the regional stakeholders in Sales and Operations in implementing and re-engineering named accounts
Ensure that customer’s needs and expectations are met throughout the implementation phase and start of service.
Liaise with the deugro’s client sales representatives and customer to confirm expectations, timelines, and ownership, while ensuring a detailed analysis of customer requirements prior to implementation
Develop detailed implementation plans, setup and manage cross functional project teams based on the contract / client requirements.
Creation of SOP’s and ensuring that all involved deugro offices understand the account’s requirements and follow-up with corrective actions when needed.
Ensure that business impacts of project are properly managed and communicated within the account stakeholders.
Provide a handover and closing report at the end of each client implementation including recommendations for future improvements in the overall process.
Post go-live support for operations and run continuous improvement and optimization projects for assigned client segments and regions
What you can contribute:
University degree or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration, Logistics Supply Chain Management, or a related field)
In depth knowledge in Seafreight / Airfreight / Logistics / SCM
Operational experience in the freight forwarding industry
Project management know-how (Prince2 or adequate is of advantage)
Process management skills (Six Sigma or adequate is of advantage)
