Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain and adapt the cyber security and privacy protection risk management methodology in Central Asia Caucasia.
2. Provide support for responding to audits, inquiries, and doubts of regulators and customers in the Central Asia & Caucasia Region, and build trust.
3. Gain insights into cyber security and privacy protection laws and regulations, law enforcement dynamics, policies and standards, industry practices, and the global ecosystem in Central Asia & Caucasia; develop the region's cyber security and privacy protection SP, annual BP, and measurement and KPIs based on business strategies.
4. Use risk control methodologies to identify security and privacy risks, develop and implement compliance and risk control solutions, and manage top risks in Central Asia & Caucasia.
5. Manage regional cyber security and privacy protection crises and proactively identify issues and risks. Develop contingency plans, organize drills, face risks, and work with business teams to handle emergencies and minimize negative impacts.
6. Take responsibility for cyber security and privacy protection inspection in Central Asia & Caucasia, develop inspection capabilities, and promote cyber security and privacy protection building through inspection.
7. Serve as a mobile resource to support key projects on cyber security risk management in the Middle East and Central Asia.
Position Requirements
Skill Requirements:
1. Familiar with common industry security/privacy standards within three generations.
2. In-depth understanding of key countries or influential security/privacy laws within three generations.
Competency Requirements:
1. Capability of converting external standards into internal regulations and implementation solutions.
2. Ability to communicate in Russian.
3. Experience summarization and transfer capability.
4. Quick learning ability.
5. Communication methods and language skills.
Knowledge Requirements:
Be familiar with the RGC methodology and be able to deploy the methodology locally.
Experience:
1. Have successful experience in managing project operations at field offices, and be familiar with the operation and management models of representative offices and regions.
2. Have a background in communications technology, have worked in marketing and overseas for more than three years, and have rich experience in public speaking.
