Job Description
  • Review and assess incoming quality data from construction activities for completeness and consistency
  • Identify gaps, duplication, and structural issues in how data is captured and recommend fixes
  • Propose improvements to how data is organised, labelled, and stored to make it more useful for reporting and decision-making
  • Support the team in evaluating digital tools and systems that could improve data collection and tracking
  • Support building and maintain dashboards or reports that surface quality trends and issues clearly
  • Work closely with quality managers to translate field observations into structured, usable data

Qualifications
  • Degree in data science, information systems, engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience working with data (cleaning, structuring, visualising)
  • Comfortable with tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar; SQL is a plus
  • Clear communicator who can explain data problems in plain language
  • Familiarity with construction or real estate is an advantage, not a requirement
