The Desktop support administrator shall provide technical assistance and support on computer hardware and Network to ensure smooth IT operations. Constantly monitor the functioning of all IT products and facilitate calibration of required IT products, to ensure smooth IT operations.
CCNA , ITIL v3 Foundation, MCSA required.
