Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and modern DevOps workflows.
Manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Docker Compose.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
Monitor system reliability and performance using observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful integrations and deployments.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and deployment-related issues.
Support customer onboarding, technical workshops, and enablement sessions.
Gather technical feedback from enterprise users and contribute to product improvement discussions.

3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or related roles.
Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and cloud-native infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
Solid scripting or programming experience using Python, Go, JavaScript, or similar languages.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
Strong understanding of APIs, networking concepts, and distributed systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Nice to Have Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
