Job Description

Job Responsibility:


  • Lead initiatives for Tablet banking to enhance the channels proposition.
  • Drive projects for ongoing channel enrichment and enhancement that will boost for customer migration, channel usage and business development.
  • Lead projects and coordinate with other departments ensuring that the project deadline is met.
  • Publish MIS and monitor channel performance to take key decisions/actions that will improve services and better managed costs
  • Drive day to day functions with strong emphasis on efficient and uninterrupted services across Channels.
  • Recommend channel improvements & enhancements (i.e., new features, functions, ideas, & technology) which positively contribute to superior customer experience.
  • Simplify and improve processes, to reduce discrepancies and improve straight through processing  
  • Take the lead in Projects relating to Digital Channels enhancements and managing overall program delivery with relevant IT, other internal delivery teams, vendors, or external stakeholders
  • Ensuring project stabilization and handover to / establishment of BAU (Business as Usual) roles
  • Gear the process for Business Requirement and functional specs documentation, review, analysis & signoff
  • Stake holders and management expectations to be managed proactively
  • Participate in end User testing, Signoff & GO LIVE activities (such as end process guides, FAQs, End User training, etc…) 
  • Identify, propose, and implement improved processes and procedures to ensure that the team delivers quality and efficient services to internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate with different business units, i.e. Technology, Product Development, Branches and Operations to enhance service offering on channels and operational procedures

Job Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Multi-channels, Business or Technology
  • Project Management skill
