Job Description
This position will be part of the Digital Field Marketing Team in the United Arab Emirates, to support the digital services delivered to our portfolio of hotels in the market.
Based in Dubai, the key responsibilities include supporting the team on day-to-day internal and external correspondence and communication, digital content updates, consolidating reports, coordinating administrative tasks and supporting the broader team with hotel digital tactics and activations.
Job Description
- Support the team with hotel digital requests (content updates, campaigns, other digital activations)
- Assist with consolidating reports and digital data
- Coordinate activities in the department – meetings, monthly/quarterly reports, meeting minutes, department presentations and webinars
- Competitor watch including strengths and weaknesses, ongoing promotions & partnership activations
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs, demonstrating a flexible, adaptable and proactive nature.

- Previous experience in marketing or digital is a plus
Education or Certification
- High school completion or equivalent is required
- A University Degree is preferred
- Hospitality Management/Marketing Degree beneficial
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Initiative taking
- Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships e.g., stakeholders, associates, customers, vendors, suppliers.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultured environment and working within tight deadlines
