Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement within the real estate/holiday home industry.
2. Create and curate compelling content across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., tailored to resonate with target audiences.
3. Stay abreast of emerging trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy, and incorporate relevant updates into the overarching marketing approach.
4. Utilize analytical tools to monitor and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing objectives and business goals.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record in a Digital Marketing or similar role within the real estate/holiday home industry, demonstrating successful execution of social media campaigns.
2. Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices for maximizing engagement and reach.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that effectively communicates brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
4. Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative ideas to drive engagement and brand visibility on social media platforms.
5. Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
6. Familiarity with social media advertising techniques and platforms, including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, etc.
7. Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing to create visually appealing content for social media platforms.
