Our client is a global business networking organization with a strong presence in the United Arab Emirates.
We are hiring a UAE experienced digital and social media
marketing executive to join their Dubai team.
The successful candidate will be pivotal in developing and
executing digital marketing strategies and roadmaps to enhance our client’s
online presence, engage a targeted audience, and drive lead generation
conversion to grow the client base.
Role Summary
- Digital strategy: develop and execute comprehensive
digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead
generation to acquire, grow and retain B2B clients across all social media
platforms.
- Email marketing & content creation: create and
manage engaging and compelling visual content for websites, social media, email campaigns,
LinkedIn, Google and Meta ads focusing on segmentation, A/B testing, community
management and performance analysis.
- Social media management & SEO optimization: analyze
performance and ROI metrics to improve organic search rankings, visibility and
engagement to enable better strategic decisions.
- Customer journey: optimize the customer journey
through website landing pages, sales funnels and brand marketing to improve the
target audience and increase quality lead generation and conversions.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in end-to-end management of digital
marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring seamless execution,
optimization, and performance tracking.
- Deep expertise in brand awareness, B2B lead generation
through organic and paid digital marketing and conversion from digital, social
media, email and performance marketing.
- Professional content writing capabilities to create
engaging digital newsletters and magazines.
- Expertise in planning, implementation and optimization of
performance marketing campaigns across Facebook Business, Meta, YouTube,
Google, MailChimp, Webflow, ClickFunnels and similar platforms.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign).
- Deep expertise in Google Analytics, AdWords, PPC, organic
search SEO, display advertising, A/B testing to optimize and enhance campaigns.
- Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills to
manage campaign budgets; use data
analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance to derive
actionable insights to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Digital
Marketing
- certified in Google Ads and Google Analytics
Candidate Profile
- Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able
to live and work in Dubai.
- Fluent in English – articulate, creative and compelling in
written and verbal communication.
- Energetic, vibrant and confident outgoing personality.
- Ability to keep up to date with emerging digital and social
media marketing trends, best practices and technologies to continuously improve
and innovate.
