Build business proposals, negotiate term sheets and finalize contracts.

Team with Sales to form an account team that addresses the incremental business needs of the customer

• Five plus years of successful key account selling and management experience with medium and large companies
• Five plus years of successful relationship building with key executives.
• Ability to present and lead conversation with senior executives.
• Five plus years of successful managing of a strong performing sales team.
• At least 5 year experience leading business development partnerships from inception to contract.
• Broad experience in advertising and marketing in the GCC region.
• Ability to organize and present and close the deal in a quick and efficient manner
• BS or BA Degree required; MBA a plus
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
