Charterhouse is working with a reputable investment firm that occupies a prominent market position, specializing in real estate and construction operations across the Middle East. Our client is looking to hire a Director of Operations to head up all aspects of the property management division.
About the role

The Director of Operations shall have multiple responsibilities including leading and mentoring high-performing teams, building relationships with key stakeholders, implementing strategic business plans as well as driving the organisation's growth.
This role will oversee all activity and operations linked to OA and property management with the aim of maximizing property performance and investor returns.
About you
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management or a related field. As this role requires strong leadership skills, our client is looking for a Director with at least 10 years of experience in leading property management, real estate, or related industries. The successful candidate should be an innovative thinker with a track record of developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve goals set by the organisation.
Strong knowledge of the following fields is essential: property management, OA management, facilities management, marketing and business development. Furthermore, excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written, are essential for this position.
