Dispatcher - Transportation (Saudi Arabia)

• Receive and analyze transport orders, and assign vehicles and drivers to fulfill the orders.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure accurate and timely arrival at pick-up and delivery locations.
• Monitor the status and progress of delivery operations and update customers accordingly.
• Communicate with warehouse and logistics staff to coordinate loading and unloading operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including vehicle movements, driver schedules, and delivery status.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
• Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Utilize transportation management software to track and manage transportation activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any transportation-related issues.
