Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Description: As a Registered Nurse with homecare experience, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This includes assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and educating patients and their families on managing their conditions. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for patients.

Requirements:

• Valid DOH Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in homecare
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• valid BLS , ACLS required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient, their family, and other healthcare providers
• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and infusion therapy
• Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and other aspects of care
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources as needed
