We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our client, an ultra-luxury hotel in Dubai, as Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) - Food & Beverage. As the EAM - Food & Beverage, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the various food and beverage outlets within the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving operational success.

• Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and special events.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability, including menu curation (along with the Executive Chef), pricing strategies, and cost control measures.
• Lead and inspire a team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a culture of excellence in service delivery.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative and enticing menus, incorporating local and international flavours.
• Monitor and analyse guest feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality and addressing any guest concerns or complaints.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and sanitary working environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring the procurement of high-quality ingredients and products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the food and beverage offerings.
