The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed 3D BIM models specifically for electrical systems, ensuring coordination with other disciplines and adherence to project requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, ELV, and low current systems using Revit and other BIM tools.
Coordinate with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams to ensure clash-free models and seamless integration.
Perform clash detection and resolve issues proactively using software such as Navisworks.
Update BIM models to reflect design changes and site conditions promptly.
Assist in generating construction documents and drawings from the BIM models.
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with project teams to support BIM execution plans and project schedules.
