Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of electrical codes and standards in the UAE, commitment to safety, and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes.
  
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
  
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
  
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
  
• Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
  
• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
  
• Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
  
• Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.
  

• Proven UAE experience of at least 2 years as an Electrician.
  
• Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines in the UAE.
  

• Proficient in reading and understanding electrical blueprints and schematics.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, power generation, designs, and maintenance and repair knowledge.
  
• Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.
  
• Effective communication skills.
  

• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
  
• Willingness to follow all legal and company safety regulations.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
