Job Description
Emiratisation Manager
The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with various departments, stakeholders, and
external partners to ensure the successful implementation of Emiratisation policies, in line with the
company's vision and government regulations.
Task & Responsibilities
• Develop and execute an effective Emiratisation strategy, aligning with business goals and
industry best practices, with the goal of increasing Emiratisation quota.
• Sets nationalization targets and works with management to identify positions and
departments to be filled exclusively with UAE Nationals.
• Collaborates with Leadership team to develop programs that encourage the recruitment of
UAE Nationals.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, engagement
and retention.
• Leads the organization of Emiratization campaigns and events within the community as
required Builds and maintains relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Organise UAE National workshops and events and attend career fairs and open days.
• Advises on UAE National employee relations issues Develops and maintains accurate
records, reports and documentation pertaining to Emiratization-related initiatives.
• Ability to identify and exploit opportunities for positive PR to support the building of our
employment brand amongst the UAE National population
• Build and maintain relationships with Emirati educational institutions and government
entities.
Knowledge, work experience, skills & competencies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's
degree preferred).
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, out of which 1+ years of proven experience
in Emiratisation or nationalization initiatives within the UAE private or semi government
sector.
• Previous experience strategically developing and or executing nationalization programs.
• Knowledge of computer literacy and demonstrated experience working with sophisticated
HR ERP platforms.
• Superior interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to form professional
relationships at all levels within the organization and with appropriate external
stakeholders.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills.
• Work experience within a multi-cultural environment a plus.
• Knowledge of manpower planning, organizational design is desirable.
• Interviewing skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.
• UAE National with Family Book
• Strong network within the UAE talent ecosystem, including relationships with educational
institutions and government entities.
• Strong understanding and working experience across all HR functions including talent
acquisition, learning and development, talent management, compensation and benefits,
succession planning, employer branding, EVP, and workforce planning.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into
actionable strategies.
