Job Description

We are looking for an Event Manager to join our HR team. You will be responsible for organizing internal and external events for employees in various formats and locations.

You will be responsible for:

Planning and coordinating events calendar, including off-site corporate events, local team-building activities, online events, business events, C-level executive gatherings, conferences, and other activities. End-to-end event management: from developing event concepts and goals, budgeting and expense control, to monitoring the effectiveness of conducted events. Finding contractors for event organization, conducting negotiations, and overseeing their work. Providing travel support to employees in planning and conducting outbound events.

Qualifications

Experience in organizing various events in different locations (from local team-building activities to overseas corporate events). Experience in independently leading and managing projects, including budgeting and expense control. Knowledge of the contractor market necessary for organizing and conducting events. English proficiency is at least at level B2. Experience in technology companies and/or distributed teams (would be a plus).
