Gallup has a tremendous opportunity for a talented individual with fantastic administrative, telephone and client service skills to support our new Abu Dhabi office. We are looking for a positive, dedicated professional to assist in responding to enquiries, serve as the main receptionist, manage daily operations such as office equipment management, mailings, shipping, travel arrangements and administratively support our small consultant team.
In the capacity of executive assistant and office coordinator, your primary responsibilities will entail answering the telephone to assist individuals with your positivity and accuracy, meeting and greeting clients, scheduling and calendar management for team members, assisting with e-mails, mailings, event coordination, reports and managing office operations, coordinating international travel and other miscellaneous administrative duties. You will be part of a global client service team and Gallup will provide you with extensive, ongoing training.
Must have successful experience working as an executive assistant/office coordinator and proven ability to manage a wide range of tasks with extraordinary attention to detail.
Must have proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Familiarity with United Arab Emirates and specifically Abu Dhabi is required.
