Black & Grey HR is hiring for a Financial Controller on behalf of a diversified holding company in the UAE. The role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, cash flow management, and internal controls while supporting strategic business decisions across multiple business units. The Financial Controller will report directly to the Finance Director and play a key role in strengthening financial governance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
- Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and enhance financial controls, processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Support business units with financial analysis and decision-making.
- Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.


Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and controls.
- Experience within diversified groups, holding companies, or multi-entity environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial modeling/reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
