MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To undergo structured on-the-job training in flight dispatch operations under the supervision and guidance of experienced flight dispatch personnel, gaining practical experience in flight dispatch functions, developing operational knowledge, and building the competencies required to support safe and efficient flight operations.




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Undergoes structured on-the-job training in flight dispatch operations under the supervision and guidance of experienced flight dispatch personnel.
  • Assists in coordinating with Meteorological and Air Traffic Services (ATS) offices to support dispatch operations and ensure the timely exchange of operational information.
  • Supports dispatchers by gathering, verifying, and providing required operational data from various sources, including web-based platforms, internal departments, and operational reports.
  • Participates in familiarization sessions with other Network Control Centre (NCC) functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of NCC operations and interdepartmental processes.
  • Provides administrative and operational support to the Network Control Centre team, subject to operational requirements and workload.
  • Assists with dispatch-related projects and initiatives by performing assigned tasks under supervision, contributing to operational efficiency and professional development.
  • Performs supplementary dispatch duties as assigned to gain practical experience and develop foundational knowledge and skills in flight dispatch operations.
  • Adheres to company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards while completing training assignments and daily responsibilities.

  • Fluent in English
  • Years with qualifications: 0 - 2 years, Years without qualifications (if applicable): 0 - 2 years

ISR REQUIREMENTS

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
