Qualification – Bachelors / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Description:

Provide the workshop technicians with instructions and directions to guide and support the technicians about trouble shooting, repairing methods, efficiency and service quality. Assign and instruct technician on site job and breakdowns. follow up with outside and breakdown calls. Ensure all jobs are carried out by technician as per manufacturing recommendation and right parts are used. control of maintenance protocol and field service report and to take corrective and preventive action as and when a deviation found. Responsible for daily planning of workshop Ensure that customer commissioned services are carried out so that customers expectations are requirements are met.* Test the crane/ equipment before sending to customer site.
