Your day to day
The Kitchen Equipment Technician is responsible to assist in providing the below task;
Carry out repairs, maintenance and other kitchen works as directed by the Shift-In charge Complete work orders, Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) orders and Contract Work Authorisations (CWA) as directed Select correct materials from the engineering stores Organise work in a skilled and professional manner Advise supervisor colleagues promptly of any problems or failures Ensure safe working conditions for yourself and your colleagues and report any unsafe working conditions to senior colleagues Ensure that work areas are left in a safe and tidy condition Use mechanical/technical test equipment and instruments Work on own initiative without full detailed supervision or direction Perform other duties which are reasonably required from the Chief Engineer Ensures implementation of Holiday Inn Policies, Standards, and Procedures in relation to engineering fairly and consistently.
What we need from you
Experience and Skills: · Previous hotel-related experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician
· At least 1-year experience in the same field
· Currently in Dubai and can join immediately
