The Role:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing both our eCommerce website, HRIS platform and other systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, designers, and operational teams to build scalable solutions that improve customer experience, streamline internal processes, and support the company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications for the company’s eCommerce website and HRIS platform.
Build and enhance front-end user interfaces that deliver seamless and responsive user experiences.
Develop and maintain back-end services, APIs, and database structures to support business operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Optimize website performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across multiple systems and environments.
Integrate third-party applications, payment gateways, and external services where required.
Develop new HRIS features and modules to support employee lifecycle processes, reporting, attendance, leave management, and other HR functions.
Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with company policies and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, development frameworks, and industry best practices.
3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar software development role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar).
Strong experience with back-end development using Node.js, PHP, Python, .NET, or similar technologies.
Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, system integrations, and web services.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Understanding of cloud platforms, hosting environments, and deployment processes.
Experience working on ERP, HRIS, CRM, or business management systems is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
