Job Description

Nas House is an exclusive membership only club that will offer a convenient location for guests where they can live, work, and have a community of likeminded people in Dubai. 
 
The community consists of 20-30 rooms specially designed and equipped with all the comforts for the guests to enjoy a relaxing and productive stay in a welcoming, friendly and pleasant atmosphere.
 
The General Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the house's related departments (Front office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Working space, Recreation, Community Events, etc.) and ensuring that the various departments are operating according to the standards set for the Nas brand.
 
An ideal General Manager must have previous hospitality experience, preferably pre opening stage.

The basic duties of the General Manager will include, but not be limited to:
  • Working alongside the project design and contractor teams on the delivery of Nas House
  • Leading all elements of the property on a day to day basis, including operational and commercial
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising the team
  • Managing and maintaining relationships and operational process with Third Party suppliers and service providers
  • Planning maintenance works, events, and room bookings
  • Set up and co-ordinate weekly “social events” / cultural programming that help to create a community and execute “Value-Driving” events
  • Distribute all necessary info to members promote the event including creation and posting of weekly events poster / newsletter and individual event posters. Ensure building-specific operational requirements are met for each event (F&B, AV, etc).
  • Provide feedback on programming types and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact .
  • Managing and coordinating employees’ duties
  • Motivating workers and promoting teamwork to ensure optimum service and guests’ needs are met
  • Organising and coordinating the use and rental of the property spaces for social events, meetings, parties, conferences, etc.
  • Ensuring good, smooth, and effective interaction with guests
  • Monitoring daily and monthly revenue generated, as well as cost and expenses
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly business reports, and presenting these to Stakeholders
  • Keeping track of budgets and expenses, including reviewing financial reports and statements
  • Upholding the guidelines established by the Company and ensuring that employees adhere to the laid down rules and guidelines
As an ideal candidate, you will need to have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality management / Operational Management or related field


  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills


  • Excellent leadership skills


  • Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets


  • Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed


  • Extremely organised and detail-oriented
