About the Role
As a Graphic Designer at LINKVIVA, you will be at the forefront of our creative team, responsible for translating ideas into compelling visual designs. Your role will play a pivotal part in shaping our projects and ensuring our design work aligns seamlessly with our clients' goals. You will have the opportunity to craft visuals that leave a lasting impact and contribute to our clients' success.
Specifically, the Graphic Designer should:
Collaborate closely with the creative team and clients to develop unique and compelling design concepts for various projects.
Define and maintain consistent visual identities and branding guidelines for each project, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Create and present comprehensive design proposals, including mood boards and visual presentations, to effectively communicate your creative vision to clients and team members.
Execute high-quality graphic design work, encompassing various aspects such as branding, marketing materials, digital assets, and more.
Contribute to a collaborative and innovative creative environment, providing inspiration and mentorship to fellow designers.
Ensure that all design elements meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their design needs, and translating them into creative solutions that surpass expectations.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and maintain creative excellence.

About You
You should be:
A highly creative and passionate Graphic Designer with a proven track record of delivering visually captivating designs.
Proficient in design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, and adept at staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
An excellent communicator, both visually and verbally, capable of articulating and presenting your design ideas effectively.
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of your work.
A team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work closely with colleagues and clients to achieve outstanding design outcomes.
Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Self-motivated, professional, and able to manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Passionate about design and constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth in the field.
As a minimum, you should have:
A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your graphic design work across various mediums and styles.
Proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
A solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey your design concepts.
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant to graphic design or a related field (if applicable)
