    Company Brief:
    Our client is a leading company founded in 1972 specialized in land freight transportation and haulage of all types of cargo, based in UAE and have another branch in KSA, is seeking to recruit a “Group HR Manager” for Dubai. Position will be reporting to the CEO in UAE.

    Salary & Benefits:

    Salary range between 35K – 45K DHS (total basic, housing & transport) depending on candidate experience

    Degree in any field of studies
    5+ years of working experience in similar functions
    UAE experience is a must
    Proven track record in HR best practices, handling everything from HR operations, training & development, talent management & HR organizational development & strategies
    The candidate must have strong leadership skills & be able handle up to a max of 2,000 staff (nearly 1,200 labourers / rest professional) and 5 company entities ranging from transport / trading / construction
    Responsible to develop the organizational human resources strategy of the group
    Design the group human resources department structure, positions and process system in compliance to its strategic mandate
    Formulate HR Plans, policies & procedures according to organizational objectives
    Compensations Schemes & Benefits Management knowledge
    Candidate has to review and analyze the group subsidiaries: Jobs / roles salaries, ranking and benefit system
    Well experienced in Performance Appraisals and Management
    Someone with a personal touch to the staff, drives motivation, team building and focus
    A strategic person who is able to optimize and enhance the company processes and structure while appreciating the staff and acting as a real business partner
    Has to enhance Organization communications
    Encourage and develop employee communications
    Ensure proper management of Staff amenities and occupational and health safety Identify the areas for development
    Explore the new skills to enhance productivity Administer the Training Policy Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
    Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures
    Someone compliant who can install and build a good company culture and environment
    Ability to lead teams and empower staff Ability to innovate and create new concepts
    Ability to communicate and cooperate with everyone in the organization
    The candidate must be presentable, ethical and courteous
