We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Growth Lead of Data, Digital Media (DDM) for the MENA Region. The ideal candidate will be a strong connector between partnerships, growth, our local team, and various pillars such as content, data, media, and technology. This key position requires a comprehensive understanding of technology, content production and data, robust digital media experience, and a proven track record in sales and management of small teams. The Growth Lead’s role is to control and oversee business operations in the MENA region with a strong focus on growth, local client relationships, client education and perception in the market.
The overarching goals of the Growth Lead are to ensure we are reaching the vision, goals and objectives set by the leadership team and that there is strong and strategic growth of DDM in the MENA region (reflected in strong net revenue figures). The Growth Lead must be able to collaborate with local and pan-EMEA regional teams, be a connector for other capabilities, local partners and assist the local team members in making connections with other Media.Monks capabilities and regions around the world. The Growth Lead will report into the MD EMEA for Data and Digital Media .
You will be expected to provide a consultative experience to customers, deep-diving into business needs and challenges, then develop strategic and technical solutions that can effectively address client requirements. You will be responsible for driving growth in existing and new client relationships – navigating upsell/cross-sell opportunities as well as managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, nurturing lead opportunities to contract negotiation, and deal closure.
