Head Nurse - Aesthetics Clinic

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and supervise the nursing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team performance.

1. Clinical Oversight:

• Oversee the planning and delivery of nursing care in the aesthetic clinic, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.

1. Training and Development:

• Coordinate training programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and keep them updated on the latest aesthetic procedures and technologies.
• Facilitate continuous professional development to ensure the team remains current with best practices.

1. Patient Care Coordination:

• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care, from consultation to post-treatment follow-ups.
• Act as a point of contact for patients regarding nursing-related inquiries and concerns.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.
• Conduct regular audits of nursing documentation and practices.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with other department heads and administrative staff to achieve overall clinic objectives.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic services.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with relevant postgraduate qualifications preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within an aesthetic clinic.
3. DHA (Dubai Health Authority) registration is mandatory.
4. Proven leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong clinical knowledge in aesthetic procedures and protocols.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
7. Filipino nationality.preferred.
