Account Management of cool&fly customers ensuring the highest standards of service delivery as per the service scope including special requests, reports and analyses Resolve issues to the customers’ satisfaction, while safeguarding Jettainer’s interests Develop the cool&fly product to expand our offering as well as revenue growth of the Cool ULD Excellence Centre Business development and acquisition of customers including new customer onboarding projects Manage, optimize, and standardize all processes, focusing on automation including IT related development requirements Lead strategic complex and high-value projects Leadership of the Cool ULD Excellence Centre team to mentor and develop our colleagues Represent Jettainer at industry events and conferences Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Aviation, or related field Minimum of 8 years air cargo and/or aviation industry experience with relevant leadership experience and professional exposure Proven successful account management and business/ product development Proficiency in project and process management Expertise in ULD management preferred Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with exceptional planning and coordination abilities Ability to thrive under pressure and excel in time-sensitive situations Results-oriented mindset with strategic thinking and cross-departmental collaboration abilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluent in English, both written and spoken* Willingness to travel as required
