Job Description
Intelligent Solutions is partnering with a leading Insurance brokerage firm in the UAE, who are looking to hire a strong, dynamic Head of Sales to spearhead their sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
This role will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop and implement sales plans, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the company's sales direction and ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to meet revenue targets and expansion goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
- Establish sales goals for the team and monitor performance against targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share and customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, insurers, and partners to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Implement sales processes, systems, and tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Requirements- A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales, with at least 8-10 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, markets, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
- Professional certifications in sales management or insurance (e.g., CII) are a plus.
