About Dubai Foundation for Women and Children:


The Dubai Foundation for Women and Children is the first authorized non-profit shelter and humanitarian care in the United Arab Emirates to care for women and children who are victims of domestic violence, child abuse, and victims of human trafficking. It was established in late 2007 in order to provide victims with immediate shelter, protection and support services, in accordance with international human rights conventions.



1.Daily supervision of shelter facilities and ensuring their readiness and safety..


2.Addressing daily issues and complaints and working to resolve them or escalate to the relevant authorities..


3.Monitoring general behaviors within the shelter and promoting compliance and discipline..


4.Coordinating with social and psychological specialists regarding cases that require follow-up..


5.Supervising the cleanliness of the shelter and maintenance of facilities and coordinating with relevant authorities to address malfunctions..


6.Preparing periodic reports on the conditions of the shelter and residents and submitting them to management..


7.Supervising the implementation of emergency and evacuation plans and ensuring the readiness of safety measures..


8.Organizing awareness and recreational activities for residents in coordination with relevant departments..


9.Monitoring the needs of residents and working to provide them according to established systems..


10.Immediate reporting of incidents or violations and ensuring residents' compliance with established systems, instructions, and policies..

Must have a high school diploma.


Previous experience in administrative supervision is preferred.


Age above 25 is preferred.
