HR Manager
Applicants must already be based in Dubai to be considered for this role
Budget: AED 20-26K pm total cash package + Medical Insurance + Annual Flight Ticket + Visa + Bonus (discretionary based on performance)
Work Location: Dubai
Timings: Monday to Friday (office based, not remote)
About the Company:
A fast paced, growing boutique energy, oil and gas business are looking for a HR Manager to join their team.
Profile:
5-10 years professional HR experience including experience at HR Manager
Must have worked for small-medium sized companies (not large corporations).
Must have UAE HR experience.
Expertise at developing and implementing HR policies and procedures from scratch.
Talent acquisition expertise.
Education:
Degree in HRM or Business
