Job Description

  • Oversee employee performance and collaborate with management to evaluate underperforming employees

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree (Preferred in Human Resources Management)


  • Preferred 2 years HR experience, minimum 1 year


  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office


  • Intermediate mathematical skills


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills


  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
