We are looking for an experienced IBM OpenPages Support Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in supporting, configuring, and maintaining IBM OpenPages GRC applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of OpenPages administration, troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance.
Experience with Cognos and QlikSense reporting tools will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for IBM OpenPages applications.
Monitor application performance and resolve production issues.
Perform OpenPages configuration, administration, and maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot workflows, object types, security roles, and access-related issues.
Support application upgrades, patches, and environment migrations.
Work with business users to analyze incidents and provide resolutions.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams for issue resolution.
Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
Ensure adherence to SLA requirements and operational standards.
Support testing activities during releases and enhancements.
Assist in developing and maintaining reports using Cognos and QlikSense where required.
Required Skills 5+ years of experience working with IBM OpenPages.
Strong understanding of OpenPages administration and configuration.
Experience supporting GRC applications in production environments.
Knowledge of workflows, object models, security configuration, and reporting within OpenPages.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have Experience with Cognos reporting.
Experience with QlikSense dashboards and analytics.
Exposure to banking, financial services, or risk/compliance environments.
Knowledge of GRC concepts and regulatory compliance frameworks.
IBM OpenPages certification.
