• Oversee and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resources allocation.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Lead and mentor a team of interior designers, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in interior design to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
• Ensure that design concepts align with the unique requirements of shopping center projects in the GCC.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and expectations.
• Present design proposals and engage in client discussions and feedback sessions.
• Extensive experience in selecting and specifying interior finishes, materials, and furnishings.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in interior design.
• Stay abreast of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Ensure all interior design projects comply with relevant guidelines and regulations.
• Manage project budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Optimize the utilization of resources and materials.
   

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 15-20 years of proven experience in interior design, with a focus on shopping center projects in the GCC.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficient in relevant design software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates must be locally available in the UAE.
