Position: International Trader - Beer Specialist

Job location: Dubai UAE 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences,and demand patterns in the global beer market.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify trading opportunities and risks.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with breweries, distributors, and retailers worldwide.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers and buyers to optimize trading outcomes.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of beer trading transactions, including order processing, shipping arrangements, and delivery coordination.
• Manage logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of beer products across borders.
• Identify and assess risks associated with international trade, such as currency fluctuations, geopolitical instability, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard against potential disruptions to trading activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations, trade agreements, and licensing requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including customs forms, shipping records, and trade documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional service and support to clients
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our presence in key regions and market segments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product offerings to drive growth in beer trading

Requirements for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Trade, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in international trade, preferably within the beverage or alcohol industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  Proficiency in logistics management, supply chain operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, particularly those relevant to key beer trading markets
