Scope:
As part of the Global Investor Relations (IR) team, collaborate with local 500 representatives to develop new Limited Partner (LP) leads and prospects in MENA. This role involves presenting the full breadth of 500 Global’s products and services to potential LPs and supporting all lead generation and marketing efforts in the region.

Responsibilities


  • Expand investor networks across MENA, with a focus on a mix of institutional and , family offices in dynamic markets such as the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Lead on building relationships and identifying LP interests and investment needs to appropriately match them with 500 Global products. Collaborate with the Global IR team to plan and conduct high-level meetings, roadshows, and virtual meetings, introducing 500 Global to both new and existing stakeholders.
  • Ensure all leads, fundraising activities, and LP updates are meticulously captured and analyzed for strategic relationship management.
  • Oversee the preparation of client communications, including marketing materials, portfolio company write-ups, investment partner views, and co-investment teasers, to maintain the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Direct the response process for client inquiries and due diligence requests, coordinating with the Global IR team, Finance and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure comprehensive and timely communications.
  • Organize and lead LP events such as demo days and conferences, ensuring effective planning, execution, and follow-up to maximize engagement and investment opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree or professional certification such as CFA or CAIA would be advantageous.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in financial services, with a strong background in fundraising for venture capital or private markets funds.
  • Strong passion for technology, startups, and the dynamic early-stage venture capital ecosystem.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize, multitask, and excel in a fast-paced, highly dynamic work environment, adept at managing large volumes of critical information with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to quality service and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Flexible and adaptive, capable of working seamlessly in a globally distributed team.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as needed, demonstrating a global mindset.
  • Fluency in Arabic

Preferred Qualifications


  • Masters degree or CFA
  • Fundraising experience for a Venture Capital or other Private Markets fund
  • Interest in technology, startups, and early stage venture capital
  • Salesforce experience
